The vice president of ATREVIA, Isabel Lara, has recently participated in the program of Radio 5, Hablemos de Comunicación (Let’s talk about Communication), to explain what are the keys to designing an effective communication plan.
“A Communication Plan is a document that encompasses the guidelines of the comprehensive communication strategy of a company, organization or institution. It defines the key messages and actions to be taken and considers the internal and external relations of the entity” said Lara. The plan is a central axis of business communication that requires a process of reflection, “we have to think about all the needs of the company as a whole and its various departments as well as the positioning that the company is looking for”.
In addition, it is essential that the plan is aligned with the values, with the mission and vision of the company, as well as with the scheduled milestones and forecasts of the company and with the marketing actions.
