Dare to communicate has been an important quote for entrepreneurs and leaders where, under the program The Venture Spain, we have been able to hear the experience of Núria Vilanova, founder and president of ATREVIA, as an entrepreneur.
In this space, Núria Vilanova told us how in the process of learning which implies that “it’s essential to know our fears. In this way, we are able to convert them into strengths”. That is why, in an economic crisis, it was better to expand and look for new business lines. “In a moment where the entire world is scared, our competitive advantage was to open new offices and offer new services”. This task implied the strength of the whole company: “Before a great challenge, we invite our team to dream. We should rely on all and every one of them to make this dream a reality”.
In this sense, the ATREVIA ´s path was also a key milestone in the company: “In the moment of brand change, the team converted themselves into our best ally. Together we were strong”. To achieve this objective, a collaborative communication strategy was planned where all the implicated actors formed part of this process; “Clients, stakeholders, communication media… all contributed to the change”, she recalled.
The final straw that Núria Vilanova had developed the Kit for COMMUNICATION (capital letters): matches and a candle to light our fears, flint to remember our stumbles and those that helped us to proceed, seeds to make new paths and a mask to helps us dream…. 5 indisputable elements to undertake and convert in a leader which makes that person convincing across all ideas.
