Núria Vilanova, president and founder of ATREVIA, participated at the first day of the Entrepreneurship Summer School Spain 2015 that was celebrated in The Impact Hub Madrid from the 14th to the 18th of September.
This entrepreneurship school has put in this edition a special approach to the role of women as entrepreneurs. In this sense, Núria Vilanova, business woman and entrepreneur, stated that it was always sensible to support women.
In front of a group of young people that attended during the first day of the Entrepreneurship Summer School Madrid, she explained the importance of aspects such as working in teams, committed teams, working with friends, communication, searching for opportunities and taking advantage of them and also the role of women in a business environment.
“It’s worth the pain to work with friends knowing to respect some rules, one must be committed and know how to confide in people” she acclaimed. “Renew yourself and continue to grow; and eliminating disorder are the ingredients to success”, added the president and founder of ATREVIA.
The Entrepreneurship Summer School is an initiative by Think Young, a nonprofit think tank founded in 2007 that specializes in topics relating to young people. This initiative that began in Belgium and Hong Kong was released for the first time in Spain and it reunites more than 100 attendees with the objective of promoting entrepreneurship amongst young people across real conversations with real business people.
The Entrepreneurship School model is an innovative educational model. It is a school with teachers that promotes networking in an environment of international learning which is definitely an educational model outside of a formal environment.
