Now we can say that ATREVIA is the first communication consultancy to receive the EFR certificate for family friendly enterprises (EFR in shorts in Spanish), granted by Masfamilia Fundation. This quality stamp on family reconciliation recognized the good practices in organizations that integrated models for conciliation with working and family life, that ATREVIA has achieved thanks to the incorporation of a extensive battery of measures of conciliation and a new policy of flexibility that took shape in the “well-been is be well” manifest.
Núria Vilanova, founder and president of ATREVIA, was in charge of collecting the EFR certificate in a ceremony hosted by Dolors Montserrat, minister of Health, Social Services and Equality. Along with ATREVIA, there were 80 certificated entities during 2016 under this quality seal in terms of conciliation, among them were Campofrio, Kyocera, BMW Ibérica, Axa Spain, Renault Spain Commercial, Kia, Cepsa, RGA Seguros, Fundacióon Bancaria La Caixa, Taiso and GENERALI. In the event, presented by journalist Javi Nieves also attended the president of Másfamilia Fundation, Antonio Trueba, who realized the handing over of the certificates.
In order to achieve the EFR Certificate, ATREVIA has undergone an in-depth internal and external auditing to make sure that it meets the rules in terms of conciliation so that it is indeed a company that reconcile and balance the personal life with the professional life of its employees. In this way, ATREVIA strengthens its commitment as a healthy enterprise that contributes to the well-been of the people it conforms, to their personal, social and professional development, convinced that a good working environment and a personal balance contributes to the professional excellence.
With the incorporation of ATREVIA and all other certificated companies as Family Friendly Enterprises, there are already 550 companies that have obtained this quality stamp which benefits around 500 thousand employees and their families. All the certificated companies contribute to extend their family friendly values and cultures though commercial and labor policies of a huge social impact.
The EFR initiative lead by the Masfamilia Fundation, is an international movement which is part of corporate social responsibility, that take on the advancing and answering in terms of conciliation respect and responsibility of family and working life, on the support to equal opportunity and to the inclusion of the most unfavored people, taking the base of existing legislation and linking them to collective negotiation, in a sense that EFR enterprises realize a voluntary self regulation on the matter.
