SCOPEN, the official representative of the Cannes Lions Festival in Spain, has revealed in an event held in Madrid the name list of 11 Spanish professionals that would be part of the jury of the 64th edition of Cannes Lions international Festival of Creativity, the great encounter summit of the sector. The festival will be held between Jul. 17th and Jul. 24th, in the French coastal town of Cannes, where the best creative pieces will be evaluated.
Asun Soriano, CEO of ATREVIA Spain, has been designated as the Spanish jury in the Public Relations category. Multiculturalism is one of the distinguishing marks of such an international festival, where the 11 designated professionals will attend with the goal of defending Spanish creativity in which is the worldwide main event of the advertising industry. For Soriano, it’s “an honor to participate and represent ATREVIA in the global summit of creativity, just in such a trilling momento for communication”.
The person in charge to announce the jury name list was César Vacchiano, president and CEO of SCOPEN, and Kika Samblás, Partner & Managing Director of SCOPEN. Same to the past years, Google acted as the event host in Madrid, with an introduction of Nathalie Picquot, Brand and Agencies Director of Google in Spain.
From the 11 professionals that integrated the Spanish jury of Cannes Lions 2017, seven are female and four are male:
