As 2023 begins, it is time to reflect on the goals we want to achieve for the year. Thus, Top Comunicación published an article titled “Expectations for 2023: what the CEOs of 50 communication agencies think,” which gathers the expectations of 50 CEOs and managing directors of communication agencies that operate in our country; among them, Asun Soriano, CEO of ATREVIA. This is what she shared with us:
“2023 looks promising, full of global, geopolitical, economic, and social complexities. – with the demanding ESG framework and, of course, the global talent and engagement crisis, with a completely redefined business model. ATREVIA identifies this complex context as an opportunity, aware that these challenges require sophisticated strategies and influence based on diverse and disruptive capabilities.
We are therefore confident that this will be a year of growth based mainly on our organic strategy to incorporate new talent, reinforced with several strategic acquisitions. Our key focus areas are communication, marketing, with a strong focus on creativity and digitalization, and risk management and public affairs to foster a favorable environment for the development of companies and organizations.
Achieving a differential value in 2023 will inevitably involve five key areas: creativity and relevance; strategic positioning to achieve influence; a purpose founded on commitment in order to gain recognition; and appropriate crisis and threat management based on anticipation. For the latter, it will be essential to practice active social listening. Our success will depend on how well we manage in new decentralized environments, Big Data, AI… and, above all, how well we adopt technological resources within our reach, which are undoubtedly essential allies in achieving our objectives”.
