After the success achieved in previous notices, the ATREVIA Movement has returned stronger than ever. The ATREVIA Movement is the internship program for young communicators with a desire to develop themselves professionally who know how to work in a team, are enthusiastic and are passionate for COMMUNICATION. On this occasion, ATREVIA celebrated two new announcements in Madrid and Barcelona in which our young communicators passed through different selection processes in order to join the ATREVIA team.
The ATREVIA Movement is our firm commitment to promote young talent, developing a complete internship program to train and develop a career plan within the most important communication consultancy in Spain. ATREVIA already has the stamp from the Ministry of Employment as a company which adheres to the Entrepreneurship and youth employment strategy 2013-2016. This shows the commitment and implication in training and developing present and future young talent.
For this employer branding campaign, we searched for a concept that defines us: The ATREVIA Movement: Internship plan for young communicators. The ATREVIA Movement is aimed at young communicators who are in their final year of their bachelors or are recent graduates of Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or Advertising and Public relations, as well as those who have just began a master or postgraduate in related disciplines. In this sense, the ATREVIA Movement looks for profiles with marked qualities: curious, far-reaching, social, challenger, creative and brave… All of these values are consistent with the company and convert the team at ATREVIA into the best ambassador of the brand.
