ATREVIA convenes a new edition of the ATREVIA Movement, an internship plan for young communicators to promote training and development through a mentoring program and progress measurements.
ATREVIA Movement is the firm commitment of the agency to promote young talent, developing a complete program of internships which is a practical training and career development program within the most important communication consultancy in Spain. ATREVIA now hold the stamp from the Ministry of Employment as a member company to the Entrepreneurship and youth employment strategy 2016-2016, which shows their commitment and implication to the training and development of young talent present and future.
ATREVIA Movement is addressed to young communicators that are in the last year of their degree or are recent graduate of Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or Advertising and PR, as well as those that have began a master or postgraduate in related disciplines. In this sense, the ATREVIA Movement looks for profiles with specific qualities: curious, ambitious, social, challengers, creative and brave… They are young people that want to develop professionally, with teamwork skills, enthusiastic and especially those who are passionate for Communication. All of these are values consistent with the company and that converts the ATREVIA team into the best ambassador of the brand.
In its first conference last April, the ATREVIA Movement received thousands of CV’s and have already incorporated different profiles to the team in the Madrid office, which places the communication consultant as a brand that employs young people in the sector. From the success of this conference, a new process of selection will be opened on the 27th of June in Madrid and the 30th of June in Barcelona, which will consist of CV screening, focus group, and other selection tests. It must be highlighted that the profiles selected in the ATREVIA Movement differentiate themselves by the demand for international and interdepartmental mobility, need for continuous learning, as well as the young people who identify with the values and specific projects.
Likewise, the ATREVIA Movement presented its internship program for Young communicators in different universities and education centers throughout Spain, like the week of the Communication Sciences Faculty in the Nebrija University Madrid and the employment fair in the University of Navarra.
