Throughout the day, experts such as María del Barco, Director of Culture Transformation of ATREVIA, Mario Cameo, Director of AEIA and Community, F. Mario Medina, Director General of Ilunion IT Services and Lola Barceló, personal director at Kiwoko, have talked about the new promise to employees and its impact on the degree of commitment of employees.
Currently companies not only experience major organizational changes and digitization of their processes, they also need to attend to a change of corporate culture that requires incorporating new conducts, competencies and skills.
