ATREVIA is in luck. Two of our clients have recently “taken the leap” and we have been able to share these unique moments with them. The departure of ThinkSmart and Oryzon from Bolsa was a true milestone in the history of these Spanish companies, of which we are partners in communication.
ThinkSmart is a Spanish multinational, founded in 1998, that is incorporated in the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) which manages strategic projects in more than 70 companies, in 20 different countries and in diverse sectors such as banking, FMCG, retail, automotive, insurance and telecommunications as well as others. As regards to their exit from AIM, ThinkSmart completed an offer for the subscription of shares amounting to a total of 3.75 million euro, after issuing 1.12 million titles. The aim is to contribute to the AIM is by obtaining sufficient financial power to continue growing.
For its part, Oryzon took off from the blocks, converting itself into the first Biotech that listed in the Spanish Bolsa. Therefore, it has registered the greatest rise in the Spanish stock market since their debut in 2000. Founded 15 years ago, it is a biopharmaceutical company that is the leader in clinical phase Epigenetics (a discipline that allows the control of the genes function and the development of personalized drugs). Oryzon has one of the strongest portfolios in the sector and its departure from directly trading on the stock market was performed using a listing process all the actions of the company. Its objective is to boost scientific projects inside and outside of Spain.
For ATREVIA, it’s a true honor to be able to be part of the evolution of these promising companies, of which we are able to advise and join them in the preparation of their project and in this way, help to start as a new listed company successfully.
