The Comunição M&P Awards was celebrated recently, organized by the prestigious magazine Meios & Publicidade. This year ATREVIA were winners of the project titled “Stories that make cheese”, a campaign that was selected as the best idea of the year in the category Motivational Actions in Internal Communications.
The project was created and developed by ATREVIA for BEL Portugal. Its main objective was internal promotional commitment of teams and the reinforcement of the feeling of membership to the brand, as geographic dispersion was one of the key features of the company.
A campaign was created where employees were asked to tell their personal stories relating to the company. The project peaked with the creation of the book Stories that make cheese, which throughout 300 pages documented precisely the process that was carried out during the campaign (collecting, reading and classification of letters, interviews and photographs), as well as true captured inspirational stories shared by the employees of the company.
In the third issue of the Comunição M&P Awards, 119 projects were presented in which ATREVIA was given the award of Best Motivational Action in Internal Communications, after sorting through various classification phases. The winners were selected by a panel of experts chosen by Meios & Publicidade, who were all professionals and personalities in the world of communication and marketing.
