ATREVIA, Communication and Strategic Positioning global company, has incorporated Alfonso Jiménez, expert in people management, founder and honorary member of PeopleMatters and founder of Recruiting Erasmus, in its team of senior partners, from which he will contribute with his experience to improve the company positioning in the Human Resources managers community.
“For ATREVIA it is a great opportunity to have the knowledge and dedication of Alfonso Jiménez, one of the greatest experts in people management in Spain, and we are fully confident that his incorporation will help us be also the leaders in the market”, states Asunción Soriano, the company’s CEO.
Highly acknowledged as business consultant, specialist in Labour Market, Organization, People and Talent, Alfonso Jiménez has a long professional career of over 30 years of experience in which he has pioneered the introduction of various practices in the business community from companies such as Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, Watson Wyatt – where he was advisor and CEO for Spain- and PeopleMatters, created by himself in 2003 and in which he has remained as sole manager until this same year. Among his most recent business projects is the launch of Recruiting Erasmus, a digital platform that provides access to young differential talent.
In addition to having participated in multiple training programmes of several learning centres such as IE Business School, Carlos III University of Madrid, European University of Madrid, Garrigues Learning Centre, Euroforum or APD, among others, he holds a PhD in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1985), PADE from IESE (2003) and a degree in Good Corporate Governance from IC-A (2019).
“For me it is an honour to be part of a leading company in Spain and Latin America such as ATREVIA, a company that I have always admired for its courage and growth. Likewise, it is an honour to be part of an extraordinary group of senior partners from whom I will surely learn a lot and to whose group I hope to contribute”, said Alfonso Jiménez.
“For many years I have seen that great efforts were made to design excellent solutions, but their implementation was considered less important. I believe that this equation must be balanced and much more emphasis placed on the value of solutions and on communication, an area in which ATREVIA can offer excellent service to customers in our business community”, stated Alfonso Jiménez.
ATREVIA, as a leading company in professional communication consulting services, has maintained since its foundation an important practice of internal communication specialized in one of the key stakeholders such as the employees. Now, with this new addition, it aims to continue improving its position among the community of people managers and consolidate itself as a benchmark for the industry.
Jiménez will be especially involved in the People & Culture area of the company, which develops own models of intervention that use Internal Communication, Leadership and employee experience and Employer Branding processes as pilar for the construction of Culture and Internal Brand, adapting its approach to every moment of the life cycle of the organization and combining strategic planning and creativity with the development of technological solutions to promote internal dynamics of co-creation and participation.
The appointment of Alfonso Jiménez is added to those of Germán Ríos, former manager of Strategic Affairs in Madrid for CAF- Development Bank of Latin America and professor at IE University, Juan Luis Cebrián, former manager of El País and former executive president of Prisa, and Joan Clos, former mayor of Barcelona and former Minister of Industry.
