The director of ATREVIA Colombia and Ecuador, Carmen Sánchez-Laulhe, gave a lecture on Generation Z and the company on March 14th at the Old Mutual auditorium in Bogotá.
During the event, organized by Get Abstract with the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, Carmen Sánchez highlighted some of the characteristics that define this generation and that force companies to adapt. “What they look for in a job is the possibility of doing new things according to their diverse and versatile profiles as well as the flexibility to work on different projects that allow them to develop professionally.” The Z no longer understand the concept of authority as their predecessors, they do not believe in hierarchies within the structure of the company. ”
At ATREVIA, together with Deusto Business School, we have developed the qualitative and qualitative study Generation Z: The dilemma to define the keys to understand this new generation of citizens, workers and consumers called to revolutionize the world.
This Friday, March 16, the director of ATREVIA Colombia and Ecuador will offer another conference, also by Get Abstract, at the One Plaza auditorium in Medellin.
