The presentation of the Domestic Communication Observatory Awards was celebrated recently. The awards ceremony was held in the Hesperia Hotel Madrid and awarded companies who carried out the best practices in Domestic Communication 2015. The 7th edition of the awards held the participation of 54 companies that presented 74 candidates in different proposed categories. The winners were recognized for excellence in 9 projects of strategic Domestic Communication oriented by employees, which marked a difference in terms of innovation and quality.
The jury composed of members from the Domestic Communication and Corporate Identity Observatory´s Board of Directors and Advisory Board elected the winning companies for their projects that included Mahou San Miguel, Bankia, Caixabank, TUSSAM, Lafarge España, Gonvarri Steel Services, COSENTINO, Avon Colombia, and the Colombia´s National Police. This recognition values the growing importance of Domestic Communication in the business environment which increasingly generates great impacts and appreciation.
During the day, all the people who were invited attended a dinner celebrated in the Hesperia Hotel Madrid and discussed topics related to the importance of Domestic Communication in organizations as a driver for progress and feedback between the company and employees. Later, Asun Soriano, CEO of ATREVIA presented the awards ceremony and shared various impressions with the attendees: “I feel very proud of the trajectory of these awards which have gone onto their seventh edition. This has been growing the relevance that Domestic Communication has in our environment, making this a question of profundity and involving everyone in the wake of strengthening intercommunication and its future”.
The Best Practices in Domestic Communication Awards were born in 2009 and they are held annually by the Domestic Communication and Corporate Identity Observatory, founded by the IE Business School, Capital Humano (Wolters Kluwer group) and ATREVIA. The Observatory is considered as a reference organ which is specialized in the environment of Domestic Communication.
