On the 30th of September the delivery of the Good Governance and Shareholding Forum Awards will be celebrated and it will hold the attendance of Elvira Rodríguez, president of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
In the 3rd edition of the Forum, Iberdrola was awarded for the Best Approach initiative for Shareholders of Spanish listed companies and Refinería La Pampilla, the subsidiary of Repsol in Peru for the Best Approach initiative for Shareholders of Latin American listed companies.
It will be the president of Iberdrola, Ignacio Sánchez Galán that will come to collect the award for the recognition of the work that he carried out for the campaign in his project “Shareholder Club”: a successful model based on the feedback and quality of access to information for shareholders. Dante Blotte, CFO of Repsol Perú and economic and financial officer of La Pampilla received the award for the refinery.
The event will take place at 12:30 in the Palacio de la Bolsa in Madrid and it will hold the participation of the co-presidents of the Forum, Núria Vilanova (president of ATREVIA) and Jose Ramón Pin (director at the Research Center IRCO-IESE), between a few.
The Good Governance and Shareholding Forum was created by the communications consultant ATREVIA and the business school IESE. It is a space of debate to generate and divulge knowledge in the area of finance.
