The Millennials have arrived to stay and revolutionize the social and corporate structures. The new ways of relating and interpreting the environment that involve those that were born between the years 1985 and 1995 are demanding companies to renovate themselves.
Now we need to approach digital, hyper-connected consumers with a high educational profile and with great professional aspirations. Knowing who they are and how to meet their expectations is a competitive advantage for organizations.
