The Forum of Good Governance and Shareholding celebrated their recent meeting with the participation of Javier Vega de Seoane, president of Círculo de Empresarios, Fujitsu and DKV, as the main speaker of the event.
The event, organized by ATREVIA and IESE Business School was celebrated in the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel. This event brought together presidents and senior management from companies in distinct sectors. El Círculo de Empresarios is an entity that was created 38 years ago working for the progress of the economic and social systems.
During this day, the Forum of Good Governance and Shareholding emphasized the necessity to have full confidence in our companies and in their actions for society, as well as the maximization of the capacity to generate ideas, analysis and diagnostics. Javier Vega de Seoane, president of the Círculo de Empresarios since March 2015, highlighted in his speech the importance of “have a strong institutional quality environment to have a competitive country”. In the same way, the relevance of including people in business progresses as well the society awareness was underlined: “Including people with distinct capacities in society is something basic for its progress and evolution. This is an example of the way in which people are capable of solving any problem”.
Núria Vilanova, founder and president of ATREVIA was also present in the event and highlighted that to help companies it is vital to “listen, know and converse with them”.
