Núria Vilanova, president and founder of ATREVIA and the Iberian Chapter president of CEAL (Consejo Empresarial de América Latina) participated in the forum “Good Business Practices. Lead to grow” organized by IEGC (Instituto Ecuatoriano de Gobernanza Corporativa).
During the speech “Family businesses, communication and values”, Núria Vilanova highlighted the importance of communication for companies with these characteristics. “Family businesses need to convey their legacy and the values that have given them success so that the business reaches the success that is essential to define their global strategic plan in which communication is properly managed in all senses”, she said in front of a large group of attendees.
At the end she explained that “businesses that are not willing to change are doomed to disappear” and she pointed out “that our clients want us which is key for the success of a company”.
The meeting also held the presence of Patricio Peña, president of the IEGC (Instituto Ecuatoriano de Gobernanza Corporativa); Abelardo Pachano, president of CEAL In Ecuador; and Luis Bakker V, chief executive of Pronaca.
