Profiles of political, business and social sphere of our country, like Fátima Báñez, Meritxell Batet and Begoña Elices, the latter also starred next to Núria Vilanova in the ranking Top 100 Women Leader in Spain. All of them are a clear example that an increasing number of women take on positions of responsibility in our country and these numbers are growing daily.
The director of Yo Dona, Marta Michel wants to put a special emphasis on the challenges that Spanish women still face: topics like conciliation, or “incompatible timetables that face motherhood” are some outstanding issues to be resolved so that “new generations have it more difficult”, she said during the presentation of the special issue of the magazine in the Westin Palace Hotel Madrid.
