A forum organized by the newspaper La República was celebrated in Bogota where the importance of knowing how to communicate with the new generation of consumers, Millennials was discussed. A lot has been discussed on this new way of understanding the relationship between the user and the product. Before very complicated and necessary approaches, it is obligatory to be always aware of innovations in this area.
Álex Bonet our director of ATREVIA Peru´s office had the honor of being one of the speakers to elaborate this phenomenon of this need for companies to feel closer to the new consumers. For him, the key to communication with Millennials is knowing who they are, capturing and captivating them.
“Many of the errors that current companies have are that they don´t know their public and even less Millennials and this is the greatest difficulty because it is the basis of all communications”, Bonet stated.
Beyond this, he highlights the need for interaction between the company and consumer as a revolution to the traditional communication process, as Millennials needs to be heard and that their opinion is listened to. Individuality in the world is every day more globalized.
