Last Thursday, October 18, 100 of the most predominant CEOs, experts and leaders met in the Second Edition of the CEO Summit Revaluing values, in Segovia, to discuss and analyze the main trends and challenges to survive in a world increasingly interconnected and multidisciplinary.
The president and founder of ATREVIA, Núria Vilanova, participated as a speaker in the debate, the geostrategic role of Spanish companies in Europe and the World, focused on change management and opportunities in the Spanish economy.
Among other topics, the speakers discussed how companies should adapt and be more transparent with their audiences. People expect that companies not only produce good products but help to make a better society. “Before a company aspired to be the best in the world, today has to work to be the best for the world,” said Vilanova.
In fact, that a company is sustainable and respectful with the environment, is one of the aspects that most value Generation Z when choosing a brand. That is to say, it is the most valued among young people between 8 and 24 years of age, who represent 25% of the world population (2 billion people) and who are already entering the labor market.
The CEO Summit focused its two days of meetings on 10 key issues, through which experts and professionals from different fields exposed, debated and shared to understand the dynamics of the current world and develop tools and agile solutions to the great challenges of the Spanish companies in an increasingly global context.
