On the 14th of July, we were able to enjoy, in the offices of ATREVIA Barcelona, the success experiences in Internal Communication from Orange and Bankinter. These were the winning companies in the 5th edition of the Best Practices in Internal Communication Awards Observatory.
The first presentation was given by Guillermo Catalán, director of Internal Communication at Bankinter. “Social intranet: Transformation of 2.0 channels” is the name of their project that was the winner in the category “Global social media and digital environments strategy in Internal Communication”. It is a digital platform that integrates all types of contents and useful social tools for the employee. “The employees have all information on this platform available to them”, confirmed Catalán.
Sara Sebastia, director of brand management and communication at Orange was in charge of presenting “Orange Style”, the winning project in the category “Platorm and online support for the effective management of IC”. It is an initiative that encourages involvement, listening and closeness to the customers from employees. “The figure of ambassador employees has been key to this project”, signaled Sara.
