Emprendedores Magazine published an interesting interview in which Núria Vilanova, founder and president of ATREVIA, discussed with Clemente Cebrián, co-founder of El Ganso, some of the reasons that led them to undertake projects and the challenges that whatever entrepreneur should assume at the moment of bringing forth a project.
In this sense, Núria Vilanova highlighted the “necessity that unites needs and opportunities in one moment” at the time when an entrepreneurial project is born, as well as “the importance of having a team that lives within a constant culture of conformism, dreaming, wanting and believing that you can change things. In communication everything changes, we constantly have to invent new practices and continue learning”. Clemente Cebrián also stressed this idea: “the word team is basic in whatever company. Everything that we achieve, we thank motivation, illusion and the desire to advance a team”.
Before the question, “what excites you most about your daily life?” Núria Vilanova stated that she continues “enjoying continuous learning”. She pointed out that “The two things that motivate me are: learning and discovering people”. The co-founder of El Ganso also added: “people management and creating something that never before existed”, brings us to the idea that success is built upon to adapt and change constantly. Moreover, the founder and president of ATREVIA stated: “Each time I am more aware that if you want to promote a truly sustainable project for a team, it should be planned, structured and the roles should be distributed across the company”.
Núria Vilanova and Clemente Cebrián have been innovative in sectors like textile and communication. The success, as they said themselves in Emprendedores newspaper, depends on continuous learning, adapting themselves to the environment constantly and firmly believing in the team.
