The event was held in the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel and representatives from Spanish and Portuguese companies attended who were interested in the opinion of the ambassador as well as the vice president of ATREVIA in Madrid, Isabel Lara, and the president of ATREVIA in Portugal, Ana Margarida Ximenes.
Francisco Ribeiro spoke to the attendees about the economic situation in Portugal and the interests of Spanish companies in the area. In this sense, he stated that “it is necessary to stimulate relations between Spain and Portugal because of their geographical and cultural closeness. We should establish a common Iberian brand to face the rest of Europe”.
ATREVIA´s gatherings are a way in which different personalities from the corporate, social and political world from our country can express their opinions on various current aspects and also share their expertise in areas of interest.
