Twitter needed to deal with a series of specific reputation challenges it was facing on a daily basis involving the community and society at large. And they needed to do so by emphasizing the value of the power of a good conversation.
In line with its mission to be useful to public conversation, a powerful project was created to generate positive conversation involving relevant profiles which then built credibility by discussing topics of interest to society which could be implemented through a replicable format and last over time.

THE BEST CONVERSATIONS
START WITH A VERY GOOD QUESTION
With this starting point, we created a conversation to get all the voices building Twitter day after day to participate. And we did exactly that by engaging them in conversation with a simple question:
‘If you had the opportunity to create a new planet, what would it be like?’

AND THAT’S HOW WE BUILT #ProyectoKepler
A place for positive conversation in which the community, expert voices on various topics and opinion leaders, talked about how they imagined a potential new planet, Earth’s twin, called Kepler.
With the four different conversations we launched, #ProyectoKepler became the place where various opinion leaders would talk about issues that are a part of our daily lives.
