Brand Reputation and Values was the main topic in the most recent Forum from the daily newspaper La República organized in collaboration with ATREVIA. It was held recently in the El Nogal Club in Bogotá in which renowned companies from the country gathered to discuss some key aspects to help increase their reputation in today´s market.
The panel of experts was composed of representatives from the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, LAN, Colsubsidio, Grant Thornton, Procolombia, Syngenta, Global Education, Manpower Group and of course, ATREVIA, which was represented by our director for Ecuador and Chile, Elena Fernández.
Our specialist shared some valuable insights on the discussion topic with those that attended:
- In terms of reputation, the first thing is to preach a policy of “being yourself”, which means finding your own identity.
- Companies in the current world should be concerned with the user.
- The image of the person that manages the company is the most important image of the firm, as “they should be coherent in their actions because the entity will pay for any of their mistakes”.
- Finally, it is necessary to maintain an almost family connection between the brand and its customers.
ATREVIA Colombia reached the high life with BD Bacatá
Our team in the ATREVIA office in Colombia loves big challenges. Therefore, this can be seen in the results that they obtained for the strategic communication and public relations project for Hotusa Group in the South American country.
According to the final management report, the communications consultant reached 108 publications for this client during the months of February and March 2016. Also a large crowd attended the cocktail reception in the 43rd floor in the 5 star Eurostars Bacatá Hotel, Torre Bacatá, which provided excellent coverage (free press) in Colombian and foreign communication media.
How did they achieve it?
This was achieved though a successful convening of the media in a press conference in which the president of the group Amancio López Seijas participated. There was also a cocktail reception organized for the evening of the same day where business people and personalities attended.
