The magazine Elle Spain dedicated an interesting interview to Núria Vilanova in one of the Stories of innovative women. In this video, Núria Vilanova spoke about her daily goals, challenges and motivations, letting us take a glimpse of the entrepreneurial profile of the founder and president of ATREVIA.
In this sense, Núria Vilanova makes clear that “undertaking is an opportunity to create new dynamics, to involve the team and imagine that everything can be done, encouraging to fight for innovation. It is also a way of transforming the environment, creating new practices, investigating new ways of establishing dialogue between companies, their clients and the environment itself”. Likewise, she confirms that “undertaking gives you the freedom to passionately pursue what you like. There is no doubt that you will find problems along the way and what you need is to have sufficient strength to realize that each one of them is an opportunity to improve and do it better”.
Throughout the interview for Elle Spain, Núria Vilanova is professional defined as “a person who enjoys working with her team and continuously looks for new ways of communicating. We do not fear change; on the contrary, we love it”. In addition, she confirmed that what she needs in her daily life is “feeling that she forms part of a common project, that we are capable of innovating, and that we look further away to change what is near. We always look for different ways to make an impact. In communication, what is repeated continues to surprise and what does not surprise us will not reach us or motivate us to act”. This passion for continued learning, innovating and creating new paths for communication, confirms Núria Vilanova that she feels now and always: “Within 10 years, I see myself with the same concern to research and develop new areas of communication, like what we have done with family businesses or the new Generation Z. There will be a whole universe of new environments in which to investigate and especially, together with my team, continuously confronting new challenges”.
